Medium housing units are available in two main projects, which are the Sakan Misr project and the Dar Misr project.

The spaces in the Sakan Misr project start from 106 to 118 sqm and consist of three rooms and a fully finished hall. And to serve the needs of citizens, there are commercial units under each building.
