Al-Leithi also stressed that the investment in the Administrative Capital came as a result of their belief in the importance of investing in the capital, especially after the huge achievement that has been achieved on the ground and the great interest of the political leadership in this civilized project, which will achieve Egypt its well-deserved position globally in the field of construction and reflects its ability to create smart urban communities. In addition, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s insistence on the speedy completion of the capital and the transfer of the government to it during this year 2021 will have a great impact on the increase in the investment value of real estate units in general in the capital and commercial and administrative units in particular.
