Engineer Hazem Al-Sharif, Chairman of Edge Holding Company, explained that Edge Holding Towers will be located on a plot of land of 15 thousand square meters in the Green River area and the plan for the construction of two mixed-use "Edge Towers New Capital" within the company's strategic plan to expand the new administrative capital project.
He also explained that the first tower is 25 floors high, with an investment of 2.5 billion pounds, and includes hotel apartments of various sizes, administrative and commercial activities, in addition to a range of services.
Edge Holding is developing its residential project, the Oia project in the new administrative capital, and the company plans to complete the implementation of 70% of the project before the end of 2020. Square meters of up to 270 square meters for apartments and 270 to 360 square meters of duplexes with a 10% down payment system and up to 8 years instalments.
